Over time, I obtained my Certified Residential Appraiser license and joined a respected appraisal firm in Boca Raton, Florida. Later that same year, I founded Urban Space Corporation Inc., a company dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals, whether purchasing a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or making informed real estate investment decisions.

My commitment has always been to provide services supported by my architectural background and extensive real estate experience, delivering products and reports that meet the highest standards of quality, professionalism, integrity, and technical excellence. In 2005, I was approved to perform FHA appraisals, further expanding my ability to serve homeowners, lenders, and financial institutions.

To complement my appraisal and architectural expertise, I obtained my Florida Real Estate Agent license in 2006 and later earned a Project Management certification from Florida Atlantic University in 2014. These credentials allow me to provide comprehensive guidance throughout every phase of the real estate process, including acquisition, renovation, management, and sale of residential properties for both domestic and international clients.

Throughout more than 24 years of professional experience in the United States real estate industry, I have completed over 8,000 residential appraisals. In addition, from 2011 through 2014, I served as part of a specialized team of forensic underwriting reviewers for Fannie Mae, participating in repurchase litigation investigations involving fraudulent mortgage transactions. Through these efforts, I personally contributed to the recovery of more than $10 million on behalf of the organization.
